Purple Pony Creations

Way back on June 2, 2010 (five and a half years ago), I posted about one of my earliest creations: a halter for the Kani Pony mod. I went on to modify that base for every other halter I've made since.

Well...


I'm rebuilding it from the ground up. That is all mesh, except the root prim. I'm going to discontinue versions that haven't sold, or are for avatars that are just not around anymore. I will probably not remake the Kani version, unless it's only for myself (though I don't really even wear my Kani Pony anymore). There's not really a point in building for equine avatars that aren't being used.

The versions I will remake are for the three Raawr heads (Horse/Pony, Heavy Horse, and Mustang), the AVentity, and the three sizes I had for the [EP] Pony.

I will also have some other styles in the works.

The planned launch for at least this version will be when the Moon Kingdom officially reopens in it's new home. Keep an eye on the Shiro Tsuki Facebook for more info, in case I get distracted and forget to update here. (Or I'm between NY and TX, since I'm moving in RL very, very soon...)

D'Amantru Industries is now Purple Pony Creations! This blog's url will remain the same, but there is a new SL group. Store is still in the same location. The only other changes I've made were to the object names and logos on the giftcards (necessary anyway!).

I've waited a while to post this, and it's been a few months since the last incident, but I don't understand why people get mad at you for camming at them when they are standing in public areas of the same parcel. This usually happens when I'm out shopping.

Sure, LL has made it so people on other parcels can't see you, and you can't see them, if that option is turned on. But like... if I'm looking at furry avs, and I see something, be it an avatar or an outfit or hair, I'm going to cam over at you and figure out wtf it is.

This is why I have 87k items!

I remember some years back when folks, especially those that wore copy-botted items, would wear anti-inspection devices, which just pushed up their ARC count and were easily de-rendered anyway. I don't cam up or down on avatars, since different levels of a parcel are often building or residential, but if you're in a shopping area, and you have something neat on, don't get mad when someone looks at you.

That's kind of one of the points of SL anyway. Attention whoring. >__>
